针对酒钢3号烧结机固体燃料消耗偏高问题,通过开展工艺控制参数摸索试验,深入分析影响固体燃料消耗偏高因素理论,实施内、外配燃料质量配比为3∶7、稳定水碳、提高混合料温度、实现厚料层生产、治理烧结机漏风等多项措施后,烧结生产固体燃料消耗明显下降,取得了预期效果.
Production Practice of Reducing Solid Fuel Consumption in Jiuquan Iron and Steel 3 #Sintering Machine
In response to the high consumption of solid fuel in the 3 # sintering machine of JISCO,this article conducts exploratory experiments on process control parameters and deeply analyzes the factors that affect the high consumption of solid fuel.After implementing multiple measures such as a 3∶7 of internal and external fuel ratio,stabilizing water and carbon,increasing mixed material temperature,producing thick layers,and controlling sintering machine air leakage,the consumption of solid fuel in sintering production has significantly decreased,achieving the expected results.
