摘要

首钢长钢炼钢厂主要生产钢种要求w(P)、w(S)≤0.040%,铁水成分稳定、热源充足,无铁水预处理工艺,通过提高废钢比实现高产、高效等目的,在生产中总结了高废钢比供氧制度优化措施,克服了高废钢比工艺引起的各种生产异常,保证了炼钢工艺顺稳,成功实现了增效、减排、高效化转炉炼钢生产.

Abstract

Shougang Changgang Steelmaking Plant mainly produces steel grades with w(P)and w(S) ≤ 0.040%,stable composition of molten iron,sufficient heat source,and no molten iron pretreatment process.By increasing the scrap steel ratio,high yield and efficiency are achieved.Optimization measures for high scrap steel ratio oxygen supply system are summarized in production,overcoming various production abnormalities caused by high scrap steel ratio process,ensuring smooth and stable steelmaking process,and successfully achieving efficiency improvement,emission reduction,and high efficiency converter steelmaking production.
