Production Practice of Coal Injection and Dry Quenching Dust Removal in Changgang Blast Furnace
Due to the presence of over 80%fixed carbon in coking dry quenching dust,which has properties similar to anthracite,it can partially replace bituminous coal for powder injection.Shougang Changgang Iron and Steel Plant started from multiple links such as coal blending,powder making,and injection,adopting multiple measures such as quantitative mixing in the raw coal field,increasing the loading pressure of the coal mill,fine-tuning the angle of the turning plate,appropriately reducing the negative pressure level,and adjusting the injection parameters.On the premise of ensuring the stability of the powder making system and meeting the coal powder composition standards,the goal of adding coking dust removal ash to the system reached more than 7%,reducing the cost of blast furnace smelting and solving the serious pollution and harm caused by dry quenching dust removal ash to the surrounding environment.
