通过汉钢1号高炉在钢铁市场持续低迷条件下,原燃料条件持续恶化的情况下,采取高效的管理模式、合理的出铁制度、零间隔出铁、精准控制打泥量、设备智能化技术革新等强化炉前渣铁排放措施,确保及时出净渣铁,使炉前渣铁排放工作满足生产组织的需要,为高炉炉况稳定顺行提供保障,在入炉矿石综合品位低于56.0%的条件下,日平均产量稳定在3 800 t以上.
Production Practice of Strengthening Pre Blast Furnace Management in No.1 Blast Furnace of Hansteel
Under the continuous downturn of the steel market and the continuous deterioration of raw material and fuel conditions,measures such as efficient management mode,reasonable tapping system,zero interval tapping,precise control of mud volume,and intelligent equipment technology innovation were adopted to strengthen the discharge of slag and iron in front of the blast furnace by Hansteel No.1 blast furnace,ensuring timely and clean slag and iron discharge,meeting the needs of production organization,and providing guarantee for stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace.Under the condition that the comprehensive grade of the incoming ore is below 56.0%,the daily average output is stable at over 3 800 tons.
