Technological Innovation of 1 580 m3 Blast Furnace Powder Injection System
This article explores the innovative improvements in key technologies of the 1 580 m3 blast furnace powder injection system,including fully automatic raw coal storage and transportation,first level bag powder collection process,four tank parallel injection technology,and advanced intelligent injection system.These technologies have achieved comprehensive automation and intelligence of the coal injection process.Special emphasis was placed on the nitrogen recovery and reuse of the injection system,as well as safety and explosion prevention measures,to enhance its economic,safety,and environmental performance.The comprehensive application of these technologies has significantly improved the efficiency of coal injection,while reducing energy consumption and production costs,providing a solid technological foundation for the steel industry to achieve efficient production and sustainable environmental development.
