By dissecting and analyzing the composition of Weichai creep iron 309 cylinder head scrapped due to upper plane depression,the defect characteristics were determined and the reasons for the upper plane depression of the creep iron cylinder head were analyzed.By improving and perfecting the shape and electric furnace production process,the scrap rate of the upper plane depression defect of the creep iron 309 cylinder head was effectively reduced.
