Hanbao No.1 BF in Hansteel mainly strengthened raw fuel management,optimized blast furnace operation system and strengthened production management in front of the furnace,so that the daily output of Hanbao No.1 BF in the first quarter of 2023 was 8 500 t/d,the fuel ratio was 510 kg/t,20 kg/t lower than that in 2022,and the coal ratio was 160 kg/t,which significantly reduced consumption.
