摘要

以某钢厂生产为例,板坯存在夹杂(渣)、气泡缺陷、中心裂纹、板坯角裂等问题,将结合板坯质量问题,锁定连铸机中冷却系统的缺陷,提出冷却系统的改造方案,分析二冷分区优化、辊列优化、高效喷嘴应用、二级过滤增设等策略的改造要点.对改造后的冷却系统进行试验分析,结果显示板坯生产质量良好,降本增效显著.

Abstract

Taking the production of a certain steel plant as an example,there are problems such as inclusions(slag),bubble defects,center cracks,and slab corner cracks in the slab.Based on the quality issues of the slab,the defects in the cooling system of the continuous casting machine will be identified,and a renovation plan for the cooling system will be proposed.The key points of the renovation strategy,such as optimizing the secondary cooling zone,optimizing the roll train,applying high-efficiency nozzles,and adding secondary filtration,will be analyzed.Experimental analysis was conducted on the modified cooling system,and the results showed that the quality of slab production was good,with significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
