Φ22mm螺二切分成品导卫故障分析与改进

首钢长钢轧钢厂棒材作业区Φ22 mm螺改为二切分工艺后,成品(K1架次)导轮频繁出现损坏故障,主要表现为轴承损坏,不仅造成钢筋因斜度尺寸超差而产生废品,还易发生堆钢故障,严重影响生产稳定性和经济技术指标提升,尽管采取了 6号活套甩套轧制,降低成品导轮受力等措施,但效果不佳.为此,通过分析成品导卫现用结构和导卫梁区域可占用空间,对成品导卫结构型式进行了改进,通过增大导卫总成结构,进而增加了导轮轴承尺寸扩大的空间,从而提升导轮轴承承载能力.同时对轴承润滑方式进行了改进,由甘油润滑改为油气润滑,彻底解决了成品导轮损坏的问题.在成品导轮改进的过程中,同步对成品和成品前(K2架次)孔型线距、成品前出口导卫、活套器等进行改进,保证改进后工艺生产的稳定.
Fault Analysis and Improvement of Φ22 mm Finishing Guide for Two-strand Splitting Rolling
After changing Φ22 mm ribbed bar to two-strand splitting rolling in bar mill for Shougang Changzhi Steel & Iron Co.,Ltd.,the finishing guide wheel frequently appears the damage failure,the main performance is bearing damage,which not only results in the scrap due to the deviation of the ribbed bar,but also causes the rolling failure.Therefore,by analyzing the existing structure of finishing guide and the space occupied by the guide beam,the structure type of finishing guide is improved,and by increasing the structure of guide assembly,the space for expanding the size of guide wheel bearing is increased,and then,the force bearing capacity of the guide wheel is improved.And the lubrication mode of the bearing is changed from glycerin lubrication to oil-air lubrication,which completely solves the problem of the damaged guide wheel.In the process of improving the finished guide wheel,synchronous improvements are made to the hole spacing between the finished product and the front(K2)of the finished product,the front outlet guide,the looper,etc.,to ensure the stability of the improved process production.
