Practice of Increasing Production Capacity of Ergang's 2 600 m3 Blast Furnace
A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the reasons for the decrease in production of the 2 600 m3 blast furnace at Echeng Iron and Steel Smelting Plant.It was found that the main factors affecting the production were equipment leakage,deterioration of raw materials entering the furnace,and deterioration of gas utilization.By strengthening raw material management,optimizing blast furnace operating parameters,and strengthening foundation management,the blast furnace production was increased to 7 017 t/d.
