摘要

首钢长治钢铁有限公司轧钢厂棒材生产线1-18号轧机均采用西门子S120变频器驱动,随着西门子S120变频器CU320控制单元和接口板CIB的停产,导致备件无法采购,只能将其升级为最新版本的CU320-2控制单元和接口板CIM+IPD,重点对硬件升级和项目升级过程进行介绍.

Abstract

The 1-18 rolling mills of Shougang Changzhi Steel Co.,Ltd.'s bar production line are all driven by Siemens S120 frequency converters.With the discontinuation of the CU320 control unit and interface board CIB of Siemens S120 frequency converters,spare parts cannot be purchased and can only be upgraded to the latest version of CU320-2 control unit and interface board CIM+IPD.The focus is on introducing the hardware upgrade and project upgrade process.
