摘要

加热炉助燃风机无间断自动切换系统研制项目属于自动化技术改造,通过IFR工具分析,将现有的顺控PLC系统作为助燃风机的热备用系统,在不改变燃控PLC系统控制的基础上,给出2路信号,通过继电器的固有动作特性,对2路信号进行隔离改进,对手动一键切换也进行改进,通过改进方式,实现无间断自动切换功能,并创新性地利用分配器、信号隔离器准确地将反馈信号传入2套系统中,最终实现助燃风机的无间断自动切换冗余系统的研制,将更换模块的时间降低到50 min.

Abstract

The development project of the uninterrupted automatic switching system for the heating furnace combustion fan belongs to the automation technology transformation.Through the analysis of IFR tools,the existing sequential control PLC system is used as the hot standby system for the combustion fan.On the basis of not changing the control of the combustion control PLC system,two signals are given.Through the inherent action characteristics of the relay,the two signals are isolated and improved,and the manual one key switching is also improved.Through the improvement method,the uninterrupted automatic switching function is achieved,and the feedback signal is innovatively transmitted into two sets of systems using distributors and signal isolators.Finally,the development of the redundant system for uninterrupted automatic switching of the combustion fan is achieved,reducing the time for module replacement to 50 minutes.
