Based on the concept of"independent operation of resource allocation,deep integration of technology and management,and complete concentration of operation and control",the Intelligent Control Center of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Works breaks the traditional mode of operating rooms and work areas,achieving centralized control of raw materials,sintering,and blast furnace processes and specialties.This has completely improved the working environment of the central control operation position,established a plant level energy monitoring and management system,and used modern management methods to scientifically control energy media,providing reliable data support for other smart manufacturing projects in the future.
