摘要
通过设计高碳、高锰、钛微合金化强化成分体系,设计出农机用硼钢成分.同时优化了终轧、卷取温度等热轧工艺,成功开发出农机用热处理硼钢TB38.热卷成品组织为铁素体+珠光体,脱碳层≤0.02 mm,热处理后表面硬度(HRC)≥53,符合农机使用要求,成品具有强度高、韧性高、耐磨性强等特点.
Abstract
By designing a high carbon,high manganese,and titanium microalloyed strengthening composition system,a boron steel composition for agricultural machinery was designed.At the same time,the hot rolling processes such as final rolling and coiling temperature were optimized,and TB38,a heat-treated boron steel for agricultural machinery,was successfully developed.The microstructure of the hot-rolled product is ferrite+pearlite,with a decarburization layer of ≤ 0.02 mm.After heat treatment,the surface hardness(HRC)is≥53,which meets the requirements for agricultural machinery use.The finished product has high strength,toughness,and wear resistance.
