以山西通才工贸有限公司高速棒材生产线为研究对象,针对单高棒工艺配置进行介绍,并深入分析了技术难点.在新国标实施后,为满足更严格的钢筋重量偏差控制要求,提出了优化K1孔型系统的措施,包括适当增加横肋与轴线夹角β、调整横肋相关参数等.通过一系列优化步骤,最终全面实施优化方案,有效降低了负差率控制难度,提高了各品种的负差率,使横肋充满度更好,对棒材生产工艺的改进具有重要意义.
Analysis on the Improvement of Bar Cross rib Process Technology
Taking the high-speed bar production line of Shanxi Quanzhi Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper introduces the process configuration of single high bar and analyzes the technical difficulties in depth.After the implementation of the new national standard,measures were proposed to optimize the K1 hole system to meet stricter requirements for controlling steel weight deviation,including appropriately increasing the angle β between the transverse ribs and the axis,adjusting the relevant parameters of the transverse ribs,etc.Through a series of optimization steps,the optimization plan was ultimately fully implemented,effectively reducing the difficulty of negative error rate control,improving the negative error rate of various varieties,and improving the filling degree of transverse ribs,which is of great significance for the improvement of bar production technology.
