通过降低转炉终点温度,生产组织实现"快干长停"模式,进而减少活性石灰消耗,降低转炉终点氧,实现转炉造渣物料的低碳冶炼;通过优化煤气回收,提高回收量及煤气热值,降低全厂电耗,提高蒸汽回收水平,提高负能炼钢的水平,减少碳排放;最终通过低温低氧冶炼技术,实现炼钢厂的低成本、高质量、低碳排放绿色生产.
Research on the Application of Low Temperature and Low Oxygen Green Smelting Technology in Steelmaking Production
By reducing the endpoint temperature of the converter,the production organization realizes the"fast drying and long stopping"mode,thereby reducing the consumption of active lime,lowering the endpoint oxygen of the converter,and achieving low-carbon smelting of converter slag materials.By optimizing gas recovery,increasing the recovery amount and gas calorific value,reducing the overall power consumption of the plant,improving the level of steam recovery,and enhancing the level of negative energy steelmaking,carbon emissions can be reduced.Ultimately,through low-temperature and low oxygen smelting technology,the steel plant achieves low-cost,high-quality,low-carbon emission green production.
