Based on the frequent occurrence of gas overload and power outage in the coal falling point,upper corner,and goaf during the mining period of the 3203 fully mechanized coal face in Sihou Coal Mine,Sihou Coal Mine optimized the ventilation system of the working face through technical research and proposed a comprehensive gas extraction technology of"layer drilling+goaf buried pipe+high-level directional drilling".The actual application effect shows that after adopting comprehensive gas control technology,the gas emission from the working face and goaf is greatly reduced,and the gas extraction from the coal body,goaf and overlying fracture zone is significantly improved,achieving significant application results.
