QC Research on the Strategy of Reducing the Number of Burnt out Times of 250 Roller Boxes for New Steel Bars
The new steel rod secondary production line is facing the problem of frequent burning of 250 roller box oil film bearings in production,which often leads to production interruption and increases maintenance costs.In response to this,a thorough analysis was conducted on the end causes of the burnout of the new steel bar's second-line roller box,and standardizing process operations to reduce rolling mill load,optimizing assembly methods to improve assembly accuracy,purifying oil quality to reduce equipment wear,and improving bearing structure to enhance load-bearing capacity are focused on.Detailed QC research was carried out around these technical measures.
