针对首钢长钢轧钢厂移钢台架故障率高,严重影响正常生产的问题,结合现场实际情况,分析了棒材生产过程中移钢台架故障率高的原因,并制定了改进措施.通过改进链轮固定结构、在移钢台架底部链条增加滑轨挡板结构、在一段链链条增加纠偏装置以及更换轴承,移钢台架故障率大幅降低,保证了生产的顺利进行.
Fault Analysis and Improvement of Bar Finishing and Steel Moving Platform
In response to the high failure rate of the steel transfer platform in Shougang Changgang Rolling Plant,which seriously affects normal production,combined with the actual situation on site,the reasons for the high failure rate of the steel transfer platform in the bar production process were analyzed,and improvement measures were formulated.By improving the chain wheel fixing structure,adding a sliding rail baffle structure to the bottom chain of the steel transfer platform,adding a correction device to a section of the chain,and replacing bearings,the failure rate of the steel transfer platform was significantly reduced,ensuring smooth production.
