摘要

针对达钢1 780 m3高炉风口频繁损坏、风口小套寿命较短等问题进行原因分析,采取了改进风口小套制造、改进煤枪结构、建立插抢管理体制和保证炉缸活跃及炉况稳定顺行等措施,再未出现风口损坏现象,使风口小套寿命得到有效延长,为高炉稳定、低耗生产提供了有力保障.

Abstract

This article analyzes the causes of frequent damage to the tuyere and short service life of tuyere sleeves in Dagang's 1 780 m3 blast furnace.Measures have been taken to improve the manufacturing of tuyere sleeves,improve the structure of coal guns,establish a management system for inserting and grabbing,and ensure the activity of the furnace hearth and stable operation of the furnace.The number of tuyere damages has been reduced by 100%,effectively extending the service life of tuyere sleeves and providing strong guarantees for stable and low consumption production of blast furnaces.
