Taking the bag filter equipment of a certain ironmaking plant as the research object,this paper introduces the structural system of the blast furnace bag filter system and the detection and identification content of the bag filter system.The foundation system,concrete compressive strength,steel tensile strength,steel structure component coating thickness,and overall structural tilt deformation of the bag filter were tested,and the structural safety of the bag filter equipment was rated.The results indicate that the reliability assessment rating of the bag filter is level three.The research method has reference significance for the structural safety testing of bag filter equipment.
