Analysis and Measures of Bad Cutting Edge on Side Trimmer for Cold Rolled High Strength Steel
The side trimmer is one of the key equipment of cold rolling line.Its function is to meet the strict requirements of customers for different widths of products by accurate control of strip width,and eliminate the side defects of raw materials,so as to provide guarantee for product quality.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of side timmer of high strength galvanized line in a cold rolling mill,analyzes the problem of bad cutting edge in the production process,and makes corresponding solutions to provide reference for the use and maintenance of other similar production lines.
