In the manufacturing and production of metallurgical industry,sintering machine is a commonly used pellet facility for sintering and iron making.Starting from analyzing the components and functions of the equipment,this paper combines the operation process,operating principles,components,and practical functions of the sintering machine to further study the equipment functions and common fault problems,formulate scientific prevention and control measures,effectively reduce the occurrence rate of equipment failures,and improve production efficiency.
