摘要

连铸是炼钢生产关键环节,对炼钢生产效率和生产质量至关重要.在生产过程中如果出现结晶器液位波动,将对连铸生产与产品质量带来较大的影响,因此必须严格控制连铸机结晶器液位波动.鉴于此,主要讲述了连铸机结晶器液位控制系统组成以及液位波动造成的危害,研究分析了结晶器液位波动产生的原因,并针对具体原因提出了相应的改进措施,以期有效提升连铸生产效率,提高连铸板坯质量.

Abstract

Continuous casting is a key link in steelmaking production,which is crucial for the efficiency and quality of steelmaking production.If there is a fluctuation in the crystallizer liquid level during the production process,it will have a significant impact on continuous casting production and product quality.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control the fluctuation of the crystallizer liquid level in the continuous casting machine.This article mainly discusses the composition of the liquid level control system for continuous casting machine crystallizers and the hazards caused by liquid level fluctuations.The reasons for the liquid level fluctuations in crystallizers are studied and analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed for specific reasons,in order to effectively improve the production efficiency of continuous casting and enhance the quality of continuous casting billets.
