摘要
介绍了超超临界锅炉管国产化的现状,研究了冷轧变形量与热处理温度对TP310HCbN成品奥氏体不锈钢无缝钢管表面横裂的影响.结果表明:当应变量在20%、半成品固溶温度在1 200~1 270℃之间时,随着温度的升高,晶粒越来越粗大,晶粒度在2~7级,外表面有环向横裂现象且无法消除;调整工艺后半成品在1 240~1 250℃之间进行固溶处理,冷轧变形量在30%~40%时钢管外表面横裂现象消除.
Abstract
This article introduces the status quo of supercritical boiler tube tubes,and studies the effects of cold-rolled deformation and thermal treatment temperature on the surface of the seamless steel pipe surface of the Octoberian stainless steel for TP310HCBN.The semi-grade solid solution temperature is between 1 200~1 270 ℃.With the temperature rises,the grains are getting thicker and larger,the grain size is 2~7,and the outer surface has a circular horizontal cracking phenomenon and cannot be eliminated.After the adjustment process is adjusted,after the adjustment process The semi-finished product is solid-soluble between 1 240~1 250℃,and the surface of the steel tube is eliminated when the deformation is 30%~40%.
