电参数对微弧氧化铝合金构件摩擦磨损性能的影响研究

摘要
以1060铝合金试样为研究对象,配制电解液成分为六偏磷酸钠和氢氧化钠,质量浓度分别为30 g/L和5 g/L,研究在不同电流密度、不同占空比、不同脉冲频率条件下的微弧氧化膜层的摩擦磨损性能.研究结果表明,设置合适的电参数可以显著改善铝合金材料的摩擦磨损性能,在电流密度为4A/dm2,占空比为20%,脉冲频率为1 000 Hz时,膜层的摩擦系数相对较小、耐磨性较好.
Abstract
Taking 1060 aluminum alloy samples as the research object,the electrolyte components were prepared as sodium hexame-taphosphate and sodium hydroxide,with mass concentrations of 30 g/L and 5 g/L,respectively.The friction and wear properties of micro arc oxidation coatings were studied under different current densities,duty cycles,and pulse frequencies.The research results indicate that setting appropriate electrical parameters can significantly improve the friction and wear performance.At a current density of 4 A/dm2,a duty cycle of 20%,and a pulse frequency of 1 000 Hz,the friction coefficient of the film layer is relatively small and the wear resistance is good.
