Study on the Influence of Electrical Parameters on the Friction and Wear Properties of Micro Arc Alumina Alloy Components
Taking 1060 aluminum alloy samples as the research object, the electrolyte components were prepared as sodium hexame-taphosphate and sodium hydroxide, with mass concentrations of 30 g/L and 5 g/L,respectively.The friction and wear properties of micro arc oxidation coatings were studied under different current densities, duty cycles, and pulse frequencies. The research results indicate that setting appropriate electrical parameters can significantly improve the friction and wear performance. At a current density of 4 A/dm2,a duty cycle of 20%,and a pulse frequency of 1 000 Hz,the friction coefficient of the film layer is relatively small and the wear resistance is good.
