环氧树脂基复合材料在离心球墨铸铁管防腐中的应用研究

摘要
在基础设施建设中,离心球墨铸铁管因其具有优良的机械性能,被广泛应用于供水和排水系统.然而,这类管材的防腐问题一直是工程应用的关键挑战之一.采用环氧树脂基复合材料作为新型防腐涂层,通过系列试验评估了其在离心球墨铸铁管防腐中的效果.试验结果表明,环氧树脂涂层能显著提高管道的耐腐蚀性和附着力,且表现出优越的长期防护性能.这一发现为管道防腐技术提供了新的材料选择,对推动相关行业的技术进步具有重要意义.
Abstract
In infrastructure construction,centrifugal ductile iron pipes are widely used in water supply and drainage systems due to their excellent mechanical properties.However,the anti-corrosion issue of such pipes has always been one of the key challenges in engineering applications.The effectiveness of epoxy resin based composite material as a new anti-corrosion coating in the anti-corrosion of centrifugal ductile iron pipes was evaluated through a series of experiments.The experimental results show that epoxy resin coating can significantly improve the corrosion resistance and adhesion of pipelines,and exhibit superior long-term protection performance.This discovery provides a new material selection for pipeline anti-corrosion technology and is of great significance for promoting technological progress in related industries.
