Experimental Study on Steel Waste water Treatment Based on Composite Flocculant
The steel industry is an important industry in China. With the expansion of the steel industry, the discharge of steel wastewater is also increasing. In order to reduce enterprise costs and improve water utilization efficiency,it is necessary to develop efficient composite flocculants. In response to this, the water quality and treatment methods of steel wastewater were mainly analyzed, the types of coagulants were introduced, and PFCS and ultra-high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide were determined as composite flocculant substrates through single flocculant experiments. Finally, the optimal ratio of PFCS to ultra-high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide was determined to be 0.1 g/0.08 mg through composite flocculant steel wastewater treatment experiments, and important parameters such as addition sequence and sedimentation time were determined, which reduced the cost of steel wastewater treatment and improved flocculation efficiency, laying a theoretical and practical foundation for subsequent research.
