摘要
以石油焦粉作为该实验的原材料,进行工业硅生产用碳质还原剂球团的制备实验,分析微硅粉添加比例、NaOH溶液的浓度、NaOH溶液含水率、成型压力以及黏结剂加入量对球团湿球抗压强度、干球抗压强度、抗碎率、热强度与孔隙率的影响.结果表明,在微硅粉的添加比例为8%、NaOH溶液浓度为5 mol/L且含水率为10%、成型压力为30 MPa以及黏结剂加入量为4%条件下,制备出的球团性能最佳.
Abstract
Petroleum coke powder was used as the raw material for the preparation of carbonaceous reducing agent pellets for industrial silicon production.The effects of micro silicon powder addition ratio,NaOH solution concentration,NaOH solution moisture content,forming pressure,and binder addition on the wet ball compressive strength,dry ball compressive strength,crushing rate,thermal strength,and porosity of the pellets were analyzed.The results showed that the best pellet performance was achieved under the conditions of an 8%addition ratio of microsilica powder,a NaOH solution concentration of 5 mol/L with a moisture content of 10%,and a forming pressure of 30 MPa.
