高铝钢38CrMoAl脱碳敏感性研究

摘要
为研究高铝钢38CrMoAl的脱碳敏感性,解决实际生产中的脱碳问题,试验对比三个钢种(38CrMoAl、35CrMnSi、35CrMo)在980℃,保温1 h后空冷和水冷至室温及高铝钢在780~980 ℃不同温度下的脱碳情况.结果表明:钢中的非碳化物形成元素铝可增加钢中碳的活度,使得钢的脱碳敏感性增强.采用快冷可减少高温时间,减少脱碳.830~980 ℃温度范围内进行加热,钢中全脱碳变化不大,实际生产中降低温度对脱碳改善不大.
Abstract
In order to study the decarburization sensitivity of high-aluminum steel 38CrMoAl,solve the problem of decarbonization in actual production,the test compared the decarburization of three steel grades at 980 ℃ 1 hour,air cooling and water cooling to room temperature and high aluminum steel at different temperatures of 780~980 ℃ after 1 hour.The results show that the non-carbide-forming element aluminum in steel can significantly increase the activity of carbon in steel,which increases the decarburization sensitivity of steel.Water cooling reduces high temperature times and reduces decarburization.Heating in the temperature range of 830 ℃~980 ℃,the total decarburization in steel does not change much,and the reduction of temperature in actual production does not improve decarbonization much.
