WCe20铈钨合金与纯钽激光焊接工艺研究

针对铈钨合金与钽零件结构特点及焊接技术难点,采用激光焊进行焊接工艺试验.选用正交试验设计方案,并通过极差分析确定焊接功率、焊接速度和离焦量等因素对焊缝熔深的影响,对接头进行金相检测和氦质谱检测.通过试验研究,得出了最优的焊接工艺参数,实现了铈钨合金与钽零件的焊接成型,获得了高质量、高可靠性的焊接接头.
Study on the Laser Welding Process of WCe20 Cerium Tungsten Alloy and Tantalum
According to the structural characteristics and welding technical difficulties of cerium tungsten alloy and tantalum parts,the welding process test is conducted by laser welding,the orthogonal test design scheme is selected,and the influence of welding power,welding speed and defocus quantity on the weld melting depth is determined through the differential analysis.The metallographic detection and helium mass spectrum detection are conducted.Through the experimental study,the optimal welding process parameters are obtained,and the welding forming of cerium tungsten alloy and tantalum parts is realized,and the high quality and reliable welding joints are obtained.
