Research on Energy Consumption and Efficiency Optimization of Electrolytic Aluminum Preparation in Metallurgical Processes
Optimization research was conducted through experimental methods to address the energy consumption and efficiency issues in the preparation process of electrolytic aluminum.Ten pre baked anode electrolytic cells were selected for experiments in a certain electrolytic aluminum enterprise, and measures were taken to optimize the structure and adjust the operating process. The experimental results show that the optimized electrolytic cell has significantly improved energy consumption and efficiency, with an average reduction of 15.0%in melting energy consumption,9.9%in electrolysis energy consumption, and an average increase of 3.3%in current efficiency. This study provides useful technical references for the electrolytic aluminum industry.
