摘要
介绍了高强度抗疲劳耐大气腐蚀钢的化学成分和热轧工艺.规模化生产结果表明,开发的高强度抗疲劳耐大气腐蚀钢的化学成分和热轧工艺设计合理,具有高纯净度、高强度、高韧性、良好的耐大气腐蚀性能、优异的成型、焊接和抗疲劳性能,可更好保障重载铁路货车的安全服役.
Abstract
The chemical composition and hot rolling process of high-strength fatigue resistant and atmospheric corrosion resistant steel were introduced in this paper.The results of large-scale production show that the chemical composition and hot rolling process design of the developed high strength anti-fatigue and anti-atmospheric corrosion steel are reasonable,with high purity,high strength,high toughness,good atmospheric corrosion resistance,excellent forming,welding properties and fatigue resistance,which can better ensure the safe service of heavy-duty railway wagons.
