渣洗料中单质Al的测定

摘要
因为CaO-Al2O3-SiO2渣系具有很好脱硫效果,其主要成分有单质Al与C.为定量分析其单质Al含量,试样经过FeCl3水溶液-氯化铵溶液溶解,使得单质Al与A12O3得以有效分离.实验结果表明,测定单质Al的实验数据(质量分数)误差在0.30％以内.
Abstract
Due to the excellent desulfurization effect of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 slag system,its main components are elemental Al and C.To quantitatively analyze the content of elemental Al,the sample was dissolved in FeCl3 aqueous solution ammonium chloride solution to effectively separate elemental Al from Al2O3.The experimental results indicate that the error of the experimental data(mass fraction)for measuring elemental Al is within 0.30％.
