松软破碎煤岩顺槽防片帮及锚固性能提升技术研究

为解决松软破碎煤巷片帮严重、传统封孔工艺注浆效果不佳的问题,以店坪煤矿9-2071胶带顺槽支护为工程背景,通过现场调研、模拟计算、工业实践等手段,开展松软破碎煤岩顺槽注浆封孔工艺技术的研究.研究表明:9号煤层强度低、松散破碎、回采煤巷片帮严重,传统注浆工艺棉纱封孔效果差,设计新型机械式注浆封孔装置对其进行加固,确定密封橡胶套的长度为4 cm、厚度为4 mm.应用新型机械式注浆封孔装置后,注浆压力较传统封孔工艺可提高1倍以上,帮部锚杆锚固力提高近1倍,煤巷片帮得到较好的控制,可在该矿推广应用.
Research on Anti-sheet Wall and Anchoring Performance Improvement Technology of Soft Crushed Coal Rock Along Channel
In order to solve the problems of serious slope of soft broken coal roadway and poor grouting effect of traditional sealing process,taking the 9-2071 belt fluting support in Dianping Coal Mine as the engineering background,the research on fluting fluting grouting sealing process technology of soft broken coal rock is carried out through field investigation,simulation calculation and industrial practice.The research shows that:the 9# coal seam has low strength,loose breakage and serious caving,and the traditional grouting process has poor hole sealing effect of cotton yam.A new mechanical grouting hole sealing device is designed to strengthen it,and the sealing rubber sleeve is determined to be 4 cm in length and 4 mm in thickness.After application,the grouting pressure can be more than doubled compared with the traditional sealing process,and the anchoring force of the side bolt can be nearly doubled.It can be popularized and applied in this mine.
