Effects of Rolling Process on Spheroidizing Annealing of Cold-Rolled 75Cr1
Hot-rolled 75Cr1 steels under different coiling temperature were used to manufacture cold-rolled steel strip by the way of double annealing and rolling processes.In this paper,the influence of coiling temperature and reduction rate on pearlitic spheroidization were studied.As results showed that under the same process,the lower coiling temperature and the higher reduction rate,the better results of spheroidizing effect.
