近浅埋煤层作业面的矿压显现规律分析

摘要
在矿采环境较为复杂下,以某矿的近浅埋煤层大采高工作面看,为做好煤层支护工作,需做好综采面矿压规律分析.为此,将基于案列煤层N1202工作面的地质特性,选择相似的材料开展物理模型试验,并做好实验准备和测试系统的设计.经过支架阻力和动载系数、作业面来压步距、超前支承压力的分析,可获得作业面的初次、周期来压步距及支架阻力、动载系数,为安全支护方案提供数据支持.对作业面矿压进行实际监测,矿压规律的模拟结果和实测结果相似.
Abstract
In a complex mining environment,based on the high mining height working face of a near shallow buried coal seam in a certain mine,in order to do a good job in coal seam support,it is necessary to analyze the mining pressure law of the fully mechanized mining face.Therefore,based on the geological characteristics of the N1202 working face in the case,similar materials will be selected for physical model experiments,and experimental preparations and testing system design will be made.After analyzing the resistance and dynamic load coefficient of the support,the initial and periodic compression step distance of the working face,the resistance and dynamic load coefficient of the support can be obtained,providing data support for the safety support scheme.The actual monitoring of the mining pressure on the working face shows that the simulation results of the mining pressure pattern are similar to the measured results.
