Analysis of Flue Gas Emissions in the Production Process of Full PMC Fine Powder Pellets
The purpose of this paper is to study the production of PMC fine powder pellets and the current situation of flue gas pollutant emissions in South Africa by combining the production examples of grate-rotary kiln pellets, and to deeply explore the effect of material surface temperature on SO2,NO.and particulate matter inlet concentrations during the flue gas migration process of rotary kilns. The practical data show that the use of all PMC fine powder pelletizing can effectively ensure the quality and yield of pellets, and the whole PMC fine powder has a high all-iron grade and a low SiO2 mass fraction, and the phenomenon of rotary kiln ring is not obvious in the production process. After treatment by process purification facilities, the emission concentrations of flue gas particulate matter,SO2 and NOx all meet the ultra-low emission limit standards of pellet roasting flue gas in Qinhuangdao City.By analyzing the influence of rotary kiln temperature on pellet flue gas,it is found that the increase of material surface temperature of rotary kiln will affect the emission behavior of flue gas pollutants, and when the material surface temperature and the internal temperature of the pellet reach the same level, the SO2 concentration reaches the maximum value. The mass concentration of flue gas particulate matter was correlated with pellet pulverization as a whole, but had no correlation with the material surface temperature.
