摘要

对比了特种合金、铅、钨三种屏蔽材料的物理性能和经济效益,指出特种合金在屏蔽效果和性价比上均优于其他两种材料.介绍了特种合金屏蔽体制造技术的发展,包括材料成分的控制、铸造成型技术、压力加工成型技术以及表面防护技术的应用.详细阐述了特种合金屏蔽体在医疗、检测、核电、航天等领域的应用现状和发展前景,特别是在减小装备体积和提高使用性能方面的重要作用.基于此特种合金屏蔽体具有广阔的应用前景和重要的战略意义.

Abstract

The physical properties and economic benefits of three shielding materials,namely special alloy,lead,and tungsten,were compared,and it was pointed out that special alloy was superior to the other two materials in terms of shielding effect and cost-effectiveness.This article introduces the development of manufacturing technology for special alloy shielding bodies,including the control of material composition,casting and forming technology,pressure processing and forming technology,and the application of surface protection technology.The application status and development prospects of special alloy shielding bodies in medical,testing,nuclear power,aerospace and other fields are elaborated in detail,especially their important role in reducing equipment volume and improving performance.Based on this,the special alloy shielding body has broad application prospects and important strategic significance.
