运用粉末冶金技术可以制备出形状复杂、结构独特的多台阶材料和零件,为各类机械、设施成品的制造提供支持.基于粉末冶金多台阶产品展开论述,探讨其开发需求分析、产品模具设计、产品工艺设计、成品质量控制这几项开发程序,以及其他注意事项,希望能够为粉末冶金技术的应用提供参考.
Abstract
Powder metallurgy technology can be used to prepare multi-step materials and parts with complex shapes and unique structures,providing support for the manufacturing of various mechanical and facility products.Based on the discussion of multi-step products in powder metallurgy,this paper explores the development requirements analysis,product mold design,product process design,finished product quality control,and other development procedures,as well as other considerations,to provide reference for the application of powder metallurgy technology.
