无缝钢轨焊接接头的质量直接影响高速列车运行的安全性.现阶段,长钢轨焊接过程中焊接接头焊筋与母材的突变点无法通过机械化的手段进行圆顺过渡,不能完全消除焊筋波,只能采用人工辅助修磨的方式进行处理,不仅加工质量不稳定,而且与"交通强国"战略中对于加快实现铁路装备智能化的要求背道而驰.基于此,开展对钢轨焊接之后焊缝全断面结构形态特征的研究,全面应用机器人智能视觉、智能力觉控制技术和类人作业技术等,创新研制一套钢轨焊缝全断面机器人自动打磨装备,实现全断面焊筋的自动化修磨,解决由于焊接接头断面外观尺寸突变点导致的应力集中和焊筋波问题.
Technological Reform and Practice of Rail Weld Grinding Equipment
The quality of seamless rail welding joints directly affects the safety of high-speed train operation.At present,the sudden change point between the welding joint reinforcement and the base metal in the welding process of long steel rails cannot be smoothly transitioned through mechanized means,and the welding reinforcement wave cannot be completely eliminated.Only manual assisted grinding can be used for processing,which not only leads to unstable processing quality,but also goes against the requirements of accelerating the realization of railway equipment intelligence in the"Transportation Power"strategy.Based on this,research is carried out on the structural characteristics of the full section of the welded joint after rail welding,comprehensively applying robot intelligent vision,intelligent force control technology,and human like operation technology.An innovative set of automatic polishing equipment for the full section of the rail welded joint robot is developed to achieve automatic grinding of the full section welded bars,solving the problems of stress concentration and welding bar waves caused by sudden changes in the appearance size of the welded joint section.
