摘要
目前钢铁企业必须积极探索高效节能、低能源利用、开发新工艺新技术,实现钢铁产业降本增效.为了炼钢企业绿色可持续发展,对炼钢含铁废料的回收利用进行了探讨.通过完善工艺,对不同的炼钢含铁废料,在AOD冶炼中进行不同方法回收利用,减少相对应的原材料消耗,一定程度上实现炼钢企业绿色可持续发展.
Abstract
At present,steel enterprises must actively explore high efficiency and energy conservation,low energy utilization,and develop new processes and new technologies to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase in the steel industry.For the green and sustainable development of steel-making enterprises,this paper discusses the recycling of iron-containing waste in steel-making.Through improving the process,different methods of recycling iron-containing waste in AOD smelting are carried out to reduce the corresponding raw material consumption,so as to realize the green and sustainable development of steel-making enterprises to a certain extent.
