摘要
金属材料动力学所涉及的冲击过程都是在瞬间完成的,自然界中的一些撞击现象也大多具有突发性,详细观察这些现象有赖于实验.基于此,主要介绍了在金属材料研究领域常用的动态力学测试方法:落锤(drop hammer)实验、泰勒(Taylor)杆实验、平板撞击实验、分离式霍普金森压杆实验和轻气炮实验,并阐述了不同实验的实验原理及特点.实验研究有助于对冲击问题进行简化,便于研究单一因素对冲击过程的影响.
Abstract
The impact processes involved in the dynamics of metallic materials are all completed instantaneously,and some impact phenomena in nature are also mostly sudden.Detailed observation of these phenomena relies on experiments.Based on this,the commonly used dynamic mechanics testing methods in the field of metal material research are mainly introduced,including drop hammer experiment,Taylor rod experiment,flat plate impact experiment,separated Hopkinson pressure bar experiment,and light gas cannon experiment.The experimental principles and characteristics of different experiments are also explained.Experimental research helps simplify the impact problem and facilitates the study of the impact of a single factor on the impact process.
