摘要
钢铁行业是关乎我国"双碳"目标实现的重要领域,钢铁企业更是碳减排的重要责任主体.应用生命周期评价方法对热镀锌产品进行低碳转型碳足迹评价,并提出了热镀锌产品低碳化规划的技术路线.热镀锌低碳产品试制的中心应放在冶炼环节,可采用传统冶炼流程调整原料结构和优化能源,也可使冶炼短流程化.只有全产业链共同承担上升成本,才能有效推进钢铁产品低碳化.
Abstract
The steel industry is an important field of China's"double carbon"goal,and steel enterprises are key responsible subject of carbon emission reduction targets.Apply LCA method to evaluate the carbon footprint of HDG products and proposes a technical route for the low-carbon planning of HDG products.The most important trial part of low-carbon products in hot dip galvanized(HDG)is iron and steel smelting,it can adjust the raw material structure and optimize the energy of the traditional smelting process,it can also be short smelted process.Only when the whole industry chain jointly bears the rising costs we effectively promote the low-carbon steel products.How to establish a low-carbon transition without reducing the premise of economic benefits is still to be solved.
