摘要
对不同碱度和不同w(SiO2)、w(FeO)、w(Al2O3)、w(MgO)的烧结矿冶金性能进行数理解析,探究各烧结矿成分组分(配矿以及过程控制参数)对烧结矿低温还原粉化性能和软熔滴落性能的影响规律和影响程度.同时运用偏最小二乘法迭代回归构建烧结矿冶金性能的预测模型,各模型的预测相对误差较小,其可为实现整体改善炉料高温冶金性能和优化烧结配矿提供科学指导.
Abstract
The metallurgical properties of sinter with different basicity,w(SiO2),w(FeO),w(Al2O3),w(MgO)(Ore blending and process control parameter)are studied and analyzed,by which the different impact rule and degree of each component on the low temperature reduction disintegration index and the soft droplet performance of sinter is reveled.At the same time,partial least square iterative regression is used to build the prediction model of the metallurgical properties of sinter.The relative error of each model is small,which can provide scientific guidance for the overall improvement of the metallurgical properties of the charge and the optimization of the sintering ore blending.
