摘要
受高温钢液冲刷和氧化侵蚀,通常情况下,转炉出钢口寿命很低,需要不断修补或更换,不仅影响生产效率,而且直接影响到钢水质量.通过对出钢口、碗砖、内水口和钻眼车等进行改造,300 t转炉出钢口使用寿命提高至200次以上,在保证炼钢产线生产稳定的同时,全年可增加经济效益594万元.
Abstract
Due to the erosion and oxidation of high-temperature molten steel,the service life of the converter outlet is usually very low,requiring continuous repair or replacement,which not only affects production efficiency but also directly affects the quality of molten steel.By renovating the steel outlet,bowl brick,inner water outlet,and drilling rig,the service life of the 300 ton converter's steel outlet has been increased to over 200 times.While ensuring stable production on the steelmaking line,the annual economic benefits can be increased by 5.94 million yuan.
