近期韶钢8号高炉(3 200 m3)侧壁温度T2183(标高7.63 m)上升超635℃,存在炉缸烧穿的安全隐患,为控制侧壁温度的继续上升,通过封堵13号风口、调整部分风口面积、减少边缘气流对相应炉缸区域的冲刷来稳定侧壁温度.在长期堵风口炉缸煤气分布不均的条件下,从改善原材料出发,通过上下部调剂、控制合理的煤气流分布、控制合适的风量、精细化操作、加强炉外出铁管理等措施,达到侧壁温度不继续升高和维持炉况相对稳定的目的.
Exploration of Long term Blockage Operation Mode of Shaogang 3 200 m3 Blast Furnace
Recently,the sidewall temperature T2183(elevation 7.63 m)of Shaoguan Iron and Steel's No.8 blast furnace(3 200 m3)has risen by over 635 ℃,posing a safety hazard of burning through the furnace hearth.To control the continued rise of sidewall temperature,measures were taken to seal the No.13 tuyere,adjust the area of some tuyere,and reduce the erosion of edge airflow on the corresponding furnace hearth area to stabilize the sidewall temperature.Under the condition of long-term blockage of the gas distribution in the furnace cylinder,starting from improving raw materials,measures such as adjusting the upper and lower parts,controlling reasonable gas flow distribution,controlling appropriate air volume,refining operations,and strengthening the management of iron outside the furnace are taken to achieve the goal of preventing the side wall temperature from continuing to rise and maintaining relatively stable furnace conditions.
