Practice of Treating Abnormal Furnace Conditions in the 1 780 m3 Blast Furnace of Dazhou Iron and Steel
After the annual maintenance of the 1 780 m3 blast furnace at Dazhou Iron & Steel in April 2021,abnormal furnace conditions,even furnace cylinder accumulation mainly manifested as abnormal gas flow distribution,large fluctuations in air and oxygen inside the furnace,low production,and a decline in various economic indicators.In response to this,analyze and strengthen the operation and management of the blast furnace,and take measures such as changing the types of smelting ores,manganese ore washing,and adjusting the four major systems of the blast furnace,which restored the condition of the blast furnace and eliminated the accumulation of the furnace hearth.The economic indicators of the blast furnace gradually improved.
