新余钢铁集团有限公司炼铁事业部为稳定10号高炉生产,积极改变操作思路,2024年5月份开始探索并实践高碱度炉渣冶炼操作方法.主要研究和探讨高碱度炉渣冶炼对高炉冶炼参数、软熔带位置、排碱排锌性能的影响,同时结合实际冶炼参数,摸索出适宜高碱度炉渣冶炼的操作方法,并总结出高碱度炉渣冶炼合理的造渣、冷却、装料等系列操作制度,维持了高炉长期顺行,并取得了较好的经济技术指标.
Practice of Smelting High Alkalinity Slag from Blast Furnace
In order to stabilize blast furnace production and actively change operational thinking,the 10th blast furnace of the Ironmaking Division of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.began exploring and practicing high alkalinity slag smelting methods in May 2024.This article studies and discusses the effects of high alkalinity slag smelting on blast furnace smelting parameters,soft melt zone position,and alkali and zinc discharge performance.Based on actual smelting parameters,suitable operating methods for high alkalinity slag smelting are explored,and a series of reasonable operating systems such as slag making,cooling,and charging are summarized for high alkalinity slag smelting,which maintains the long-term smooth operation of the blast furnace and achieves good economic and technical indicators.
