北营高炉热风炉烟气超低排放工艺选择研究

高炉热风炉是钢铁行业主要烟气污染物排放源之一,通过研究最新高炉热风炉烟气污染物排放要求标准,结合北营高炉热风炉的烟气特点,提出适用于高炉热风炉烟气超低排放的技术路线,认为固定床干法脱硫脱硝一体化工艺技术具有系统构成简单、占地面积小、系统温降小、适用温度范围广,能够在高中低温区直接进入脱硫系统的特点,可为其他钢铁企业在热风炉烟气超低排放改造工艺选择上提供借鉴.
Research on the Selection of Ultra-low Emission Process for Flue Gas from the Hot Blast Stove of Beiying Blast Furnace
The blast furnace hot blast stove is one of the main sources of flue gas pollutant emissions in the steel industry.By studying the latest emission requirements standards for blast furnace hot blast stove flue gas pollutants and combining them with the characteristics of the flue gas of the Beiying blast furnace hot blast stove,a technical route suitable for ultra-low emission of blast furnace hot blast stove flue gas is proposed.It is believed that the fixed bed dry desulfurization and denitrification integrated process technology has the characteristics of simple system composition,small footprint,small system temperature drop,wide applicable temperature range,and can directly enter the desulfurization system in high,medium and low temperature zones.It can provide reference for other steel enterprises in the selection of ultra-low emission transformation processes for hot blast stove flue gas.
